- Contract SigningWe sign a formal, legally binding contract under Dutch regulations (including KvK, BTW, and comprehensive liabilities). The contract officially seals the final price, the strict project completion deadline, and our solid warranty terms.
- Material Procurement & LogisticsWe take full responsibility for ordering, checking, and delivering all high-quality building and finishing materials to the site. We work only with certified European suppliers to ensure durability, ecology, and compliance with building standards.
